Here are some recommendations to keep your kettle korn fresh:

* We pop our kettle corn without preservatives

* Enjoy our fresh made recipes right away

* Keep the bag sealed when not consuming the kettle korn

* Exposure to adverse weather conditions such as high heat and humidity can cause kettle korn to lose freshness

* After kettle korn has been opened, store it in an air-tight container

* Never refrigerate, freeze, reheat or microwave the kettle korn

* Our kettle korn can stay fresh for up to four weeks

Returns

* Shipped items cannot be returned. If you have an issue with an item that has been shipped, please email us directly within 3 days after receiving your order.

* In store returns are determined on a case by case basis.

* Custom orders are non - refundable

Cancelation Policy

* All orders requested and popped with custom colors and or flavors are non - refundable or returnable

* All order cancellations of party favors must be provided to us via email at least 10 days prior to the event.

Shipping

*Shipping is calculated and delivered by USPS or UPS and shipping costs are non­-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We'll bring 2 of our most popular flavors:

Choose between Fried Chicken, Klassic Sweet & Salty, Caramel or Toffee Popped Fresh On-Site

Set up and popping onsite fee is $100 per every 2 hours plus $2.50 per 5 cup 8x8 size bags or $5 per 10 cup 8x12 size bags (100 bags minimum).

- Add additional serving hours, add $50 per hour

- Additional Servings $2.50 per each 5 cup bag or $5 per each 10 cup bag

- $200 deposit will be required 2 weeks prior to the event

*Our popcorn bar includes 6 large buckets of popcorn (customers choice of flavors) 6 foot table setup with black table cover, and table runner. Serving containers with scoops and either bags or small popcorn bowls are included. This will serve up to 70 guest at $300.

• To serve 100 guests - $400

• 150 guests $500

• $100 additional per every 50 guests.

• To add a service person to serve your guest for  2 - 3  hours will be an additional $100.

We'll make arrangements with the customer to establish return and pickup of items.

• Any damaged or missing items at pickup will include an additional fee.

* Allow at least 2 weeks (14 days) for larger store pickup orders.

* Allow at least 1 week for smaller orders unless prior arrangements have been made. 

* Orders need to be placed at least 2 weeks (14 days) in advance for orders bring shipped and needed by a certain day.
