Here are some recommendations to keep your kettle korn fresh: * We pop our kettle corn without preservatives * Enjoy our fresh made recipes right away * Keep the bag sealed when not consuming the kettle korn * Exposure to adverse weather conditions such as high heat and humidity can cause kettle korn to lose freshness * After kettle korn has been opened, store it in an air-tight container * Never refrigerate, freeze, reheat or microwave the kettle korn * Our kettle korn can stay fresh for up to four weeks Returns * Shipped items cannot be returned. If you have an issue with an item that has been shipped, please email us directly within 3 days after receiving your order. * In store returns are determined on a case by case basis. * Custom orders are non - refundable Cancelation Policy * All orders requested and popped with custom colors and or flavors are non - refundable or returnable * All order cancellations of party favors must be provided to us via email at least 10 days prior to the event. Shipping *Shipping is calculated and delivered by USPS or UPS and shipping costs are non­-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
