Return/Refund Policy
* Returning a kettle korn item is usually not practical. Returns are determined on a case by case basis.
* Non-consumed kettle korn must be returned to receive refund
* Custom orders are non - refundable nor returnable
Shipping/Store Pickup Info
* For Shipping Orders - Please place your orders at least 2 weeks (14 days) in advance for orders bring shipped. Also add the date you need your order in hand in the (add notes) field once your items are in the cart.
* Store Pickup Orders - Please allow at least 1 week (7 days) for store pickup orders unless prior arrangements have been made. Also add your desired pickup date in the (add notes) field once your items are in the cart.
